Your shop to their door, same day, across Accra.
Send one link. Your customer says where it is going, sees the price before they confirm, and follows the rider on a map. Four digits at the door close the job.

Three people, one order, nobody phoning anybody
A delivery passes through three pairs of hands, and all three see the same live record of it. That is the whole product.
You send the link
Every vendor gets a permanent link. Put it in your WhatsApp status, your bio, your invoice — anywhere a customer can tap it.
Vendor · ten secondsYour customer fills it in
They tap Use my location or drag a pin, add their number, and the price appears before they confirm — from the real road distance.
Customer · under a minuteA rider takes it, the PIN ends it
The job goes to a rider covering your area. You both track it live. At the gate the customer reads out four digits and it is signed off.
Rider · same dayYou run the business. You sell. We deliver.
Boutiques, pharmacies, food kitchens, phone shops, spare-parts dealers — if it fits on a bike, it moves. You stop being the middle of the conversation between a customer and a rider.
- One link, reused foreverNo app for your customer to download, no order form for you to retype.
- Your own orders boardEvery request that came through your link, with its live status and its fare.
- Schedule aheadSet a pickup for later today or tomorrow morning and it queues until then.
- SMS and email at every stepYour customer hears when a rider is assigned and when they arrive. Not from you.
Registering is one-time. You get your delivery link and your orders board as links — there is no vendor account to sign in to.
“No PIN, no delivery. That is the whole argument, settled.”
Know the price before you say yes. Watch it the whole way.
Ghanaian addresses do not always come with street names, so the form never insists on one. Tap Use my location, or move a pin to your gate. That is the address.
- The fare, up frontWorked out from the road distance and shown before you confirm. It does not move afterwards.
- A tracking link by SMSOpens on any phone and shows the rider approaching. No account, no download.
- Your PIN is the receiptOnly you can close the delivery. The rider cannot mark it delivered without those four digits.
Bring the bike. We bring the jobs.
You already know how to ride. You just need a steady flow of delivery jobs and a reliable way to get paid. SuperDelivery connects you to the work. You ride. We keep you moving.
- Jobs come to your phoneDeliveries near you land in the app. Go online when you are riding, offline when you are not.
- You keep 88% of every fareA flat 12% commission per ride, settled in the app by Mobile Money. Nothing else is deducted.
- No arguments at the doorThe PIN settles it. Once the customer reads it out, the trip is closed and logged.
Where the riders already are
Greater Accra is split into dispatch zones, and a job goes to a rider covering that zone. Not on the list? Call us — zones open where the vendors are.
Zone markers are approximate neighbourhood centres, not exact operating boundaries.
Worked out the same way every time
A base fare, plus a rate for every kilometre the rider actually rides. Both are set per zone, and the customer sees the total before they confirm.
Platform defaults. A vendor’s zone can carry its own base fare and per-kilometre rate — whatever they are, the customer sees the total before confirming.
Road distance, not a straight line
Two points three kilometres apart across the Ring Road are not a three-kilometre ride. We measure the route, so the fare matches the work.
No surge, no surprise
The price quoted on the form is the price at the door. Rain does not change it and traffic does not change it.
Riders keep 88% of the fare
One flat commission of 12% a ride, taken in the app. No daily fee, no joining cost, and nothing owed on a day you do not ride.
Built around visibility and confirmation
Every safeguard here is the same one running in the live app, not a promise made only on this page.
- PIN-confirmed handoverThe customer reads out four digits at the door. That is what closes the job — not a rider marking it done on their own.
- Price shown before anyone confirmsThe customer sees the delivery fare on the request form and agrees to it before a rider is ever assigned.
- Live tracking, start to finishVendor, customer and rider all watch the same job move on the map — nobody is guessing where it is.
- Nothing for a customer to installA tracking link opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. No account, no app store, no download.
- Operated by Anknovate IT ServicesSuperDelivery is built and run by a registered Ghanaian IT services company, not an anonymous app.
The things vendors ask first
Still stuck on something? Call or email — a person answers, usually the same day.
Does my customer need to install anything?
No. Your link opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. They fill in three short steps and get a tracking link by SMS. Nothing to download and no account to create.
What if the customer cannot describe their address?
They do not have to. The form offers Use my location when they are standing at the place, and a map to drag a pin on when they are not. Either gives the rider a precise coordinate, which beats a street name anyway.
How do I get paid, and how does the rider?
Your customer settles the delivery fare with the rider directly at the door, in cash or by Mobile Money between the two of them — SuperDelivery does not sit in the middle of it, and there is no gateway for you to set up. The rider keeps that fare less a flat 12% commission, which they pay us in the app; there is no daily fee and nothing owed on a day they do not ride.
What stops a rider marking a parcel delivered when it is not?
The four-digit PIN. It is generated for each delivery and shown only to the customer. The rider has to enter it and the system checks it before the delivery closes. Repeated wrong guesses are rate-limited.
Can I send a delivery for later?
Yes. Set a pickup time when the order is created and it waits in the queue until then, rather than going out for a rider straight away.
My area is not on the coverage list. Can you still deliver?
Often, yes — that list is where riders are concentrated, not a fence. Call us with the route and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it today.
